O tenente-Coronel Richard Francis "Pau" Strawbridge, MBE (nascido a 3 de setembro de 1959), é um engenheiro Britânico, apresentador de televisão e ambientalista. Ele é muitas vezes referido como "Coronel Pau".
O terceiro dos sete filhos, Strawbridge nasceu na Birmânia, em seguida, criado e educado no Condado de Antrim, Irlanda do Norte. Ele participou de Ballyclare Escola de 1971 a 1976.
Strawbridge recebeu uma comissão do Exército Britânico, em 1979, depois de participar de Welbeck DSFC (tornando-se chefe de faculdade) e de Sandhurst. Ele entrou para o Real Corpo de Sinais em janeiro de 1980. Promovido a Tenente, em abril de 1981, e o Capitão, em outubro de 1985, tornou-se uma das Principais em setembro de 1991.
