Amalaratna Zandile Dlamini (d. 21 Ekim 1995) bilinen adıyla Doja Cat Amerikalı rapçi, şarkıcı, şarkı yazarı, ve yapımcı. Los Angeles'ta doğdu, 2014 yılında RCA Records ile bir kayıt sözleşmesi imzaladı, daha sonra çıkış EP'si Purrr! ile birlikte "Go to Town", "So High" ve " Tia Tamera " gibi bir dizi tekli yayınladı. Doja Cat, YouTube'da viral olan teklisi "Mooo!" ile 2018 yılında öne çıktı.
Doja Cat çıkış albümü Amala'yı 2018 yılında, delüks versiyonunu ise 2019 yılında yayınladı. 2019'un Ağustos ayında " Juicy" teklisini yayınladı ve bu şarkısının Amerikan Billboard Hot 100 listesine 83 numaradan giriş yapmasıyla bu listedeki ilk şarkısını elde etmiş oldu. "Juicy" daha sonra aynı listede 45 numaraya kadar yükseldi. 2019'un Kasım Doja Cat ikinci stüdyo albümü Hot Pink'i çıkardı.
Amala sanatçı ruha sahip bir aileden geliyor. Babası Dumisani Dlamini, Güney Afrikalı aktör, besteci ve film yapımcısı. Yahudi-Amerikan annesi Deborah Elizabeth Sawyer, bir ressam ve büyükannesi de bir sanatçıydı. Piyano çalmayı öğrendi ve çocukluk ve gençlik yıllarında dans etti. Erkek kardeşi ona rap yapardı ve genç Amala da onu dinlerdi. Daha sonra erkek kardeşi onu, rap yapması ve şarkı sözü yazması için isteklendirdi. Amala ilham kaynaklarını şöyle sıralıyor: Nicki Minaj, Erykah Badu, Pharrell, Jamiroquai, PartyNextDoor ve Drake. Ayrıca Hint kültürünü, Hinduizmi ve Japon kültürünü de ilham kaynağı olarak belirtmektedir.
