Sergei Vladimirovich Polunin (ucraniano: Сергій Володимирович Полунін, Serhiy Volodymyrovych Polunin; russo: Сергей Владимирович Полунин, Sergey Vladimirovich Polunin; nascido a 20 de novembro de 1989) é um ucraniano bailarino, ator e modelo.
Como um freelancer principal dançarina, Polunin é o artista convidado em vários cinemas em todo o mundo, tais como Royal Ballet, Sadler's Wells Theatre, Teatro Bolshoi, Stanislavski e Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscou Acadêmica de Música, Teatro, Teatro La Scala, Teatro San Carlo e, atualmente, é permanente o artista convidado para o Bayerisches Staatsballet.
Sergei Polunin nasceu em Kherson, ucrânia RSS.
