Chauncey Ray Billups (Denver, 25 de setembro de 1976) foi um jogador profissional de basquete norte-americano, que atuava como ala e armador na NBA. Ele também atuou pela Seleção Estadunidense de Basquetebol. Billups ganhou o prêmio de jogador mais valioso das Finais da NBA em 2004, quando ajudou o Detroit Pistons a vencer o Los Angeles Lakers nas finais. Cinco vezes um NBA All-Star e três vezes presente no All-NBA Team, ele foi a o terceiro escolhido no Draft da NBA de 1997, pelo Boston Celtics, tendo jogado também por Toronto Raptors, Denver Nuggets e Minnesota Timberwolves. Billups jogou basquete universitário na Universidade do Colorado, onde, em 2004, recebeu a honraria de ser o quinto jogador de sua história a ter sua camisa de número #4 aposentada.
Se retirou das quadras ao final da temporada 2013-2014 da NBA, jogando a temporada derradeira pelo Detroit Pistons.
Depois de passar no draft do Boston Celtics, Mr. Big Shot como é conhecido Chauncey Billups começou jogando profissionalmente no Toronto Raptors na temporada 97-98, ainda passou pelo Boston Celtics, Denver Nuggets, Orlando Magic, Minnesota Timberwolves e Detroit Pistons, onde foi campeão e MVP Finals em 2004. Após uma troca com o ala-armador Allen Iverson, voltou a jogar no Denver Nuggets. E no dia 22 de fevereiro de 2011, Mr. Big Shot foi para o New York Knicks, estreou diante do Milwaukee Bucks fazendo 21 pontos e sendo elogiado pelo excelente começo.
