Chauncey Billups (Denver, Colorado, 25 de septiembre de 1976) es un exjugador estadounidense de baloncesto que disputó 16 temporadas en la NBA.
Su mejor etapa como profesional la vivió en Detroit Pistons, donde jugó durante seis temporadas (2002-2008) y logró un anillo de campeón en 2004. Además, se convirtió en el MVP de las Finales frente a Los Angeles Lakers. Billups ha sido All-Star en cuatro ocasiones (2006-2009). También ha formado parte del segundo quinteto de la NBA en 2006 y del tercer quinteto de la NBA en 2007. Billups es uno de los cinco jugadores de la Universidad de Colorado que tiene su dorsal, el 4 su caso, retirado.
Con 1,91 m (6 ft 3 in) de estatura, jugaba en la posición de base.
Chauncey Billups nació y se crio en Denver. Sus padres, Ray y Faye Billups, tuvieron otros dos hijos más tarde, un niño, Rodney, y una niña, Maria.
Chauncey y Rodney desde muy pequeños amaron el deporte y fueron excelentes deportistas. Chauncey, sin embargo, poseía un manejo innato del juego, tanto en baloncesto como en fútbol americano que su hermano Rodney no tenía. No obstante, Chauncey se preocupaba mucho por su hermano pequeño. Rodney era un joven muy perezoso, un defecto que no sucedía con Chauncey y que este trataba de corregirle. Siempre tenía que llevarlo a rastras a entrenar.
