Milva, właśc. Maria Ilva Biolcati (ur. 17 lipca 1939 w Goro) – włoska piosenkarka i aktorka teatralna, znana z interpretacji piosenek do tekstów Bertolta Brechta. Uczestniczyła 17 razy w Festiwalu Piosenki Włoskiej w San Remo.
Obok Miny i Ornelli Vanoni należy do najbardziej znanych włoskich piosenkarek.
Maria Ilva Biolcati urodzila się w rodzinie kupieckiej, ale jej matka była subretką w zespole Wandy Osiris. W 1955 roku przeniosła się wraz z rodzicami do Bolonii, gdzie uczyła się śpiewu. Rozpoczęła występy w lokalach nocnych pod pseudonimem artystycznym Sabrina. W 1959 roku wygrała, zorganizowany przez rozgłośnię RAI, konkurs młodych talentów. W 1961 roku zadebiutowała na Festiwalu Piosenki Włoskiej w San Remo zajmując 3. miejsce z piosenką „Il mare ne casetto”, której interpretacja ujawniła jej talent wokalny. W tym samym roku została wyróżniona przez krytykę muzyczną jako piosenkarka roku oraz zadebiutowała w filmie La bellezza d'Ippolita, u boku Giny Lollobrigidy.
