Maria Ilva Biolcati conocida como Milva (n. 17 de julio de 1939, Goro (Italia) es una cantante, actriz y personalidad italiana de popularidad internacional que ha sido condecorada por los gobiernos de Italia, Francia y Alemania.
También conocida como 'La Rossa', por el color de su cabello y como La pantera de Goro completando el trío con otras dos famosas cantantes de los años 1960: Mina (La tigresa de Cremona) e Iva Zanicchi (El águila de Ligonchio).
Debutó en 1960 en el Festival de San Remo, donde compitió 15 veces, hasta el año 2007. En 1965, trabajó con Giorgio Strehler en el Piccolo Teatro di Milano consagrándose con La ópera de tres centavos de Bertolt Brecht y Kurt Weill. Es considerada una de las máximas intérpretes de Brecht y Weill. En 1962 fue la primera cantante en cantar el repertorio de Édith Piaf en el Olympia de Paris adonde retornó en 1983.
Ha trabajado y colaborado con Luciano Berio, Ennio Morricone, Francis Lai, Mikis Theodorakis, Vangelis y otros, y ha cantado en La Scala de Milán, Deutsche Oper Berlin en Berlín, Ópera de París, Royal Albert Hall, etc.
