Sandra Ann Lauer, sahne adıyla sadece Sandra, (d. 18 Mayıs 1962) Alman pop şarkıcısı. 1980'ler Avrupası popüler kültüründe etkili olan ve Euro-Beat akımının başını çeken solistlerdendir. Müzik dünyasında Sandra olarak tanınan müzisyen, aynı zamanda prodüktörü de olan eski eşi Michael Cretu'nun sonradan şöhret sahibi olması sonucu, ondan aldığı soyadı ile de anılmaya başlanmıştır. Halen çocukları ile birlikte İbiza'daki yaşamına devam eden Sandra; Almanya ve Rusya'nın yanı sıra İskandinavya, Doğu Avrupa ile çeşitli Asya ülkelerinde popüler olan bir şarkıcıdır. Sandra, 2007 Kasım'ında "kişisel ve profesyonel farklılıklar" sebebiyle Michael Cretu'dan ayrılmıştır.
Doğum adı Sandra Ann Lauer olan Sandra, 18 Mayıs 1962 tarihinde Almanya'nın Saarbrücken şehrinde, Fransız bir babayla Alman bir anneden dünyaya geldi. 1976'da 12 yaşındayken katıldığı bir yetenek yarışmasını kazanarak "Andy Mein Freund" adlı ilk 45'liğini çıkardı. 1979 ve 1984 yılları arasında Jasmin Michaela Rose, Heike Rimbeau, Karen Ann Tepperis, Mary Ann Nagel, Elke Brückheimer, Jasmine Elizabeth Vetter gibi çeşitli müzisyenlerin yer aldığı Arabesque topluluğuyla adını duyurdu. Topluluk Avrupalı olmasına rağmen, Japonya'da yakaladığı şöhret, yine Avrupalı olan ABBA'nın Avrupa'da yakaladığı şöhretle eşdeğerdi. Arabesque Japonya'da 15 LP ve 30 single çıkarmıştı.
