Ramon "The Diamond" Dekkers (d. 4 Eylül 1969, Breda, Kuzey Brabant, Hollanda – ö. 27 Şubat 2013), Hollandalı bir kickbokscu ve sekiz kez Muay Tay dünya şampiyonu. "Yılın Muay Tay Dövüşçüsü" olarak seçilen Tayland'daki ilk yabancı sporcudur. Ödülü, Tayland'ın başbakanı General Chatichai Choonhavan tarafından 15 Eylül 1990 tarihinde kendisine sunulmuştur.
12 yaşında dövüş sanatları öğrenmeye başladı. Birkaç ay Judo eğitimi aldı. Daha sonra boks'a geçti. Altı ay boyunca Cor Hemmers'in yanında Muay Tay uygulamalarına başladı. Eğitimi bitirdikten sonra Maeng Ho Breda Spor Salonuna gitti. 16 yaşında yaptığı ilk mücadelede, köklü bir eski boksöre karşı muhteşem bir nakavt kazandı. 15 Kasım 1987'de MTBN Hollanda Şampiyonasını kazandı. 18 yaşındayken ilk unvanı verildi. Dekkers, yüksek tekme ile Ramkisoen'i nakavt ile mağlup etti.
2001-2005 yılları arası hiç dövüşmedi. 2006'da Joerie Mes ile maç yaptı ve sayı ile yenildi. Bu maçtan sonra emekli olduğunu açıkladı.
