Michael Anthony Peña (d. 13 Ocak 1976), Amerikalı aktör ve müzisyen. Daha çok Crash (2004), World Trade Center (2006), Shooter (2007), Observe and Report (2009), 30 Minutes or Less (2011), Tower Heist (2011), End of Watch (2012), Gangster Squad (2013), American Hustle (2013) ve Fury (2014) filmlerindeki performansıyla tanınır.
Michael Peña, 1976 yılında sosyal hizmet görevlisi Nicolasa ve düğme fabrikası çalışanı Eleuterio çiftinin çocukları olarak Chicago'da doğdu. Aslen çiftçi olan ailesi Meksika'dan göçmüştü. Babası Jalisco eyaletinden, annesi ise San Luis Potosí eyaletindendi. Peña, sinema kariyerine başlamadan önce bir süre Chicago'da Harris Bank adındaki bir bankada çalıştı.
Peña, lise eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra Chicago’daki cast direktörünün tavsiyesiyle Los Angeles’a taşındı. İlk olarak TV dizileri ve düşük bütçeli, bağımsız filmlerde yan rollerde boy gösterdi.
Mike Peña için kariyerinin dönüm noktası 2004 ve 2005 yıllarında En İyi Film Akademi Ödülü'nü kazanan Million Dollar Baby ve Crash filmleri oldu. Her iki film de büyük beğeni toplarken, Peña özellikle Crash’teki duygusal performansıyla dikkat çekti. 2005 yılında FX'in Altın Küre ödüllü dizisi The Shield’da Dedektif Armando Renta karakteriyle on bölümde yer aldı. 2006'da ise Oliver Stone'un 11 Eylül saldırıları'nı konu alan World Trade Center filminde oynadı. Yine aynı yıl Meksikalı yönetmen Alejandro González Iñárritu'nun tek oscarlı Babil filminde de oynayarak üç yıl üste üste oscar kazanan yapımlarda yer almış oldu. Ertesi yıl Mark Wahlberg’le başrolünü paylaştığı Shooter’da acemi FBI ajanı Nick Memphis karakterini oynadı.
