Mario Mendell Winans (d. 29 Ağustos 1974), Amerikalı şarkıcı, söz yazarı ve müzisyen.
Gospel şarkıcısı Vickie Winans'ın oğlu olan Mario Winans, henüz ilkokul yıllarında davul ve piyano çalmaya başladı. Liseden mezun olduktan sonra Winans ailesinin diğer üyeleriyle yaptığı işlerin yanında; Fred Hammond, The Clark Sisters, Anointed gibi gospel sanatçılarıyla çalıştı. 1990'lı yılların ortalarında Dallas Austin'in Rowdy Records plak şirketine imza attı. R. Kelly, Pebbles ve 98 Degrees gibi isimlerin stüdyo kayıtlarında görev alarak seküler müziğe geçiş yaptı. 1997 yılında Story of My Heart adlı ilk albümünü Motown'dan yayınladı. Albüm, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde listelere giremezken, albümün ilk single'ı "Don't Know" R&B listelerinde ilk 50'ye girmeyi başardı.
Puff Daddy ile bir araya gelerek Bad Boy Records'a katılan Winans, Bad Boy bünyesindeki The Notorious B.I.G., Lil' Kim, Faith Evans, Black Rob, Loon ve 112 gibi isimlerin yanı sıra; Destiny's Child, Mary J. Blige, Whitney Houston, Jennifer Lopez, Ice Cube, Tamia ve Brian McKnight gibi isimlerin prodüktörlüğünü üstlendi. 2002'de piyasaya çıkan Bad Boy toplama albümü We Invented the Remix'in prodüksiyonunu önemli ölçüde üstlendi. Albümden çıkan hit single'lar "I Need a Girl (Part One)" ve "I Need a Girl (Part Two)"da Winans imzası bulunmaktadır.
