Louis Aragon (3 Ekim 1897, Paris - 24 Aralık 1982, Paris) siyasal eylemci ve komünist şair, romancı ve deneme yazarı. Bugünkü Fransız ozanlarının en önemlilerinden biri olarak bilinir. Özellikle, Türkçeye Mutlu Aşk Yoktur adıyla çevrilen şiiriyle tanınır.
Önceleri, Dada akımının öncüleri arasında sayılıyordu, sonradan André Breton ve Philippe Soupault ile birlikte bu yüzyılın en önemli şiir akımı olan Sürrealizm'in kurucularından biri oldu. Bugüne değin şiir, roman, eleştiri, deneme, çeviri olarak 61 kitap yayımladı.
Aragon'un ünü, öte yandan, II. Dünya Savaşı'nda gizli karşı koyma hareketiyle daha bir büyümüştür. Le Paysan de Paris adlı romanı, gerçeküstücülüğün en güzel örneklerinden biri olarak gösterilmektedir. Charles d'Orléans'dan, Victor Hugo'ya değin uzayan bir şiir çizgisini sürdürür gibidir Aragon. Açık yazan ozanlardandır, birçok şiirleri bu yüzden şarkı haline getirilmiştir. Aragon romancı olarak da ün yapmıştır, çağdaş romanında önemli bir yer tutar. Birkaç çevirisi de vardır. 24 Aralık 1982'de Paris'te ölmüştür.
