Juan Martín del Potro (İspanyolca söyleyişi: ) (d. 23 Eylül 1988), Arjantinli profesyonel tenisçi.
2009 Amerika Açık yarı finalinde Rafael Nadal'ı, finalinde ise Roger Federer'i 3-6, 7-6(5), 4-6, 7-6(4), 6-2'lik setlerle mağlup ederek ilk Grand Slam'ini kazandı. Aynı Grand Slam turnuvası içinde Nadal ve Federer'in ikisinide yenebilen ilk tenisçi oldu.
En verimli yılı 2009'dan sonra sağ el bileğinde sakatlık bulunan Del Potro ameliyat olmuştur. 2010'u neredeyse maç yapmadan geçiren Potro 2011'in başında kortlara dönmüştür. 2013'te eski formunu yakalamayı başaran Potro, 2013 Wimbledon yarı finalinde Djokovic'e 5 set sonunda mağlup olmuştur. 2014'e turnuva kazanarak başlayan Potro, 1 ay sonra sol el bileğinde yaşadığı sorunlar nedeniyle ameliyat olmak zorunda kalmıştır. Böylece 2014 sezonunu da erkenden kapatmıştır. 2015'e tenis oynamayı çok özlediğini belirterek sakatlığı tam anlamıyla geçmeden ve güçsüz bileğiyle kortlara kısa da olsa dönüş yapmıştır ve ağrıları yüzünden sol el bileğinden ikinci kez toplamda ise 3. kez ameliyat masasına yatmıştır. 2015 yılını da kapatan Del Potro 17 Şubat 2016 tarihinde kortlara dönmüştür.
