Bud Spencer (gerçek adı Carlo Pedersoli; d. 31 Ekim 1929; Napoli, Campania, İtalya-ö. 27 Haziran 2016, Roma) , İtalyan yazar, aktör, eski yüzücü, şarkıcı, besteci, sanayici, avukat, senarist, stilist ve albüm yapımcısı.
Gerçek adı Carlo Pedersoliden çok Bud Spencer olarak bilinir. Kendisi gibi İtalyan olan aktör Terence Hill ile oynadıkları dövüş-vahşi batı-komedi (Italo-Western) filmleri ile üne kavuşmuştur. Filmlerinde genellikle dik başlı, ağır tabiatlı, yufka yürekli ayrıca düşmanlarını bir yumrukta etkisiz hale getiren iri cüsseli karakteri canlandırır.
Ölümü ile ilgili ilk açıklamayı oğlu Giuseppe Pedersoli yaptı ve babasının ölürken acı çekmediğini, ölümü esnasında herkesin yanında olduğunu söyleyerek, babasının son sözlerinin "teşekkür ederim" olduğunu açıkladı
Sinema hayatı boyunca yaklaşık 40 filmde rol alan Bud Spencer'ın ölümünün ardından İtalya Başbakanı Matteo Renzi Twitter hesabından ''Elveda #BudSpencer. Seni çok sevdik.'' diyerek tweet attı.
