Andrew Christian Wiggins (d. 23 Şubat 1995), National Basketball Association (NBA) takımlarından Minnesota Timberwolves forması giyen Kanadalı profesyonel basketbolcu. Üniversite basketbolunu Kansas Üniversitesi'nde oynamıştır. 2014 NBA Seçmeleri'nde birinci sırada seçilerek NBA seçmeleri tarihinde ilk sıradan seçilen ikinci Kanadalı oyuncu olmuştur.
Wiggins, Kanada'nın Ontario şehrinde doğdu. Babası eski bir NBA oyuncusu Mitchell Wiggins, annesi ise eski olimpik atlet Marita Payne-Wiggins'dir.
Wiggins, liseyi Batı Virginia'daki Huntington Lisesi'nde okudu. Oynadığı süre boyunca ülkenin en çok konuşulan genç yeteneklerinden biri oldu.
Wiggins, 14 Mayıs 2013 tarihinde Kansas Üniversitesi'ne gideceğini açıkladı. 19 Haziran 2013'te takıma katıldı.
NCAA'deki ilk sezonunda maç başına 17.1 sayı, 5.9 ribaund ve %34 üç sayılık atış yüzdesi gibi etkileyici ortalamalar tutturdu.
2014 NBA Seçmeleri öncesi Jabari Parker ve Joel Embiid ile beraber ilk sıra seçimine aday 3 oyuncudan biriydi. 26 Haziran'daki seçmelerde Cleveland Cavaliers tarafından birinci sırada seçilmiştir. Wiggins, 2013'te ilk sıradan seçilen Anthony Bennett'tan sonra ilk sırada seçilen ikinci Kanadalı basketbolcu olmuştur. 24 Temmuz'da Cavaliers ile çaylak sözleşmesini imzaladı.
