Вале́рий Я́ковлевич Комисса́ров (род. 12 апреля 1965, Харьков, Украинская ССР, СССР) — российский телеведущий, режиссёр кино и телевидения, член партии «Единая Россия», бывший депутат Государственной думы (1999—2011), 25 февраля 2011 года досрочно сложил депутатские полномочия. Создатель и владелец бренда продуктов питания «Моя Семья».
Родился 12 апреля 1965 года в Харькове. В 1987 году окончил МИСиС, а также Институт повышения квалификации работников телевидения и радиовещания по специальности «режиссёр». С 1987 года работал на Люблинском литейно-механическом заводе и в Государственном институте проектирования металлургических предприятий (ГИПРОМЕЗ).
В 1988 году поступил на должность администратора Молодёжной редакции Центрального телевидения Гостелерадио СССР. В 1989—1992 — специальный корреспондент программы «Взгляд», избирался секретарём комсомольской организации Молодёжной редакции. Являлся одним из авторов телепрограммы «В гостях у сказки» и других программ АТВ. В 1993—1995 — автор и ведущий программы «Канал иллюзий», затем на Московском телевидении вел программу «Мужские и женские истории».
