Ро́берт Фицдже́ральд Диггз (англ. Robert Fitzgerald Diggs; род. 5 июля 1969), известный под псевдонимом RZA (рус. Ри́за), — американский рэпер, музыкальный продюсер, актёр, сценарист и режиссёр. Лидер хип-хоп-группы Wu-Tang Clan.
The RZA (Robert Diggs) самый важный человек в Wu-Tang Clan, также он один из самых уважаемых людей в хип-хопе в целом, не только потому что он рэпер, но ещё и потому что он один из самых удачливых продюсеров, он голова такой формации, как Wu-Tang, а также владелец лейбла Razor Sharp Records. The RZA, GZA и Ol' Dirty Bastard составляли ядро Клана с самого начала. После неудачных попыток сольной карьеры, The RZA вместе с кузенами и лучшими друзьями, образовал Wu-Tang Clan. После успеха Enter the Wu-Tang: 36 Chambers The RZA основал первый сайд-проект — Gravediggaz вместе с Prince Paul, Frukwan и Poetic. В 1994 году Gravediggaz выпустили альбом 6 Feet Deep который стал основой нового раздела в хип-хопе — horrorcore. The RZA продюсировал треки таких известных артистов, как Tricky, Cypress Hill, Shaquille O-Neal, Notorious B.I.G. Также, The RZA, вместе с Cappadonna и Method Man организовал линию одежды Wu-Wear.
