Мартин Фрэнсис Хоган (25 октября 1869 года – 15 августа 1923 года), по прозвищу "Индианаполис звонка", был англо-американское право филдер в главной Лиге бейсбола, который играл за Цинциннати Редс (1894) и Сент-Луис Браунс (1894-1895). После ухода из Национальной Лиги, Хоган перешел на малой Лиги команда из штата Индиана Индианаполисе. Некоторые источники указывают, что он установил национальный рекорд baserunning в 1890-х годах.
Когда его карьера закончилась, он работал в качестве малой бейсбольной Лиги менеджер в Огайо, Пенсильвания и Висконсин. Как менеджер, Хоган неухоженные несколько питчеров, которые отличились в высшей лиге.
