Кендалл Фрэнсис Шмидт (англ. Kendall Francis Schmidt; род. 2 ноября 1990 года, Уичито, Канзас, США) — американский актёр и певец. Наиболее известен в роли Кендалла в сериале «Вперёд — к успеху» на канале Nickelodeon и один из четырёх участников американской группы Big Time Rush, созданной в 2009 году.
Кендалл Френсис Шмидт родился 2 ноября 1990 года в городе Уичито, штат Канзас, в семье Кента и Кэти Шмидт, вырос поблизости от Андовера. Своё второе имя Кендалл получил в честь его бабушки. У него есть 2 старших брата: Кеннет и Кевин, оба актеры. Кеннет ещё и певец, а Кевин — режиссёр. В семье Шмидтов у каждого ребёнка есть прозвище, связанное с этой особенностью. Таким образом Кендалла называют К3, Кевина — К2, а Кеннета — К1. Когда Кендалл был маленьким, он проводил около 6 месяцев каждый год со своей матерью в Калифорнии.
Так как оба брата Кендалла были актерами, Кендалл, глядя на них, тоже решил стать актером. Все началось с «простого веселья», но вскоре младший Шмидт действительно увлекся индустрией развлечений. Кендалл вспоминает: «Мой первый опыт актерства проходил на съемках рекламы кукурузных хлопьев Chex вместе с моими братьями. Хотя мы и прошли прослушивание отдельно, нам все равно достались роли братьев.»
