Ху́лио Сали́нас Ферна́ндес (исп. Julio Salinas Fernández; 11 сентября 1962, Бильбао, Баскония) — испанский футболист, нападающий.
Салинас, баск, начал играть за клуб «Атлетик» из Бильбао, дебютировав в Примере в 1982 году. За 17 лет он провёл за клубы Примеры (а их было 6) 417 матчей и забил 152 гола, в то же время играл и его брат Пахти Солинас, игрок «Атлетика», «Сельты» и сборной Испании.
В 1984 Салинас выигрывает дивизиональный приз Пичичи. Он допускается до основы, но играет мало, потому что «Атлетик» был силён, выигрывая Примеру 1983 и 1984 году. В 1986 году Салинас переходит в «Атлетико Мадрид», где за 2 сезона он забивает 31 мяч. Салинаса конечно больше всего запомнили не по этим командам, а по игре за «Барселону». Он перешёл в клуб в 1988, в той команде воссоединились несколько басков, создав свой небольшой мирок внутри клуба. «Барселона» с ними выиграла несколько чемпионатов Испании, Кубок чемпионов, Кубок Кубков и кубок Испании, обыграв сам «Реал». После отъезда из «Барселоны», Салинас стал игроком «Депортиво» из Ла Коруньи, помогая им закончить сезон в Примере, Хулио не был игроком основы, но это не помешало ему забить «дежурные» 12 мячей, один из них особенно запомнился, это был матч на «Камп Ноу» против «Барселоны», его бывшей команды, Салинас вышел за 13 минут до конца и забил. В следующем году «Депортиво» купил Дмитрия Радченко и Салинас почти перестал выходит за клуб из Ла Коруньи, а затем и вовсе перешёл в хихонский «Спортинг», где поклонницы, коих у него было довольно много, придумали ему прозвище «Золотая бутса». В 1997 году Салинас переходит в клуб «Йокогама Маринос», где Салинас показал свои навыки бомбардира, забив в 47 играх 34 мяча. После Японии, Салинас перешёл в «Алавес», который находится близко от его дома в Бильбао. Последняя игра в карьере Салинаса пришлась на матч с его первой командой — «Атлетиком», в котором Салинас забил последний гол в его карьере.
