Жаме́ль Деббу́з (фр. Jamel Debbouze, араб. جمال دبوز; род. 18 июня 1975, Париж) — французский актёр, продюсер, шоумен марокканского происхождения.
Деббуз — старший из шести детей в марокканской семье, переехавшей жить в парижский пригород Трапп. Несмотря на небольшой рост (165 см), этот актёр на сегодняшний день один из самых востребованных во Франции.
В начале карьеры был замечен Аленом Дегуа по прозвищу Дедуля — руководителем Деклик Театр — театральной группы района Меризье в Траппе. Там Деббуз сделал свои первые актёрские шаги и даже вышел в финал Чемпионата Франции среди юниоров, проводившегося Французской лигой театральной импровизации.
В январе 1990 года (в 14 лет) Жамель получил критическое повреждение правой руки: они с другом спешили на автобус, перебегали через рельсы Парижского метро на станции Трапп и не заметили приближающегося поезда. Поезд, двигавшийся со скоростью 150 км/ч, сбил мальчиков. В результате несчастного случая правая рука будущего артиста атрофировалась и перестала развиваться, свисая с плеча, словно плеть. С тех пор он почти всегда держит правую руку в кармане. Его друг, Жан-Поль Адметт, погиб под тем поездом и родители Жана обвинили Жамеля в непредумышленном убийстве, но факт вины был опровергнут и юный Жамель был вскоре оправдан.
