Еле́на И́горевна Про́клова (род. 2 сентября 1953 года, Москва) — советская и российская актриса. Лауреат премии Ленинского комсомола (1977). Заслуженная артистка РСФСР (1984). Член партии «Единая Россия».
Родилась 2 сентября 1953 года в Москве в семье преподавателя ВПА имени В. И. Ленина Игоря Викторовича Проклова (род. 13 августа1929) и учительницы Инессы Александровны Прокловой.
Росла в благоприятной среде: друзьями её родителей были многие деятели культуры и актёры, актёрами были её прабабушка и дед. Дача, где они жили, располагалась в дачном посёлке учёных, художников и артистов. Правда, близкие не думали о карьере актрисы для Елены, ведь с четырёх лет она занималась спортивной гимнастикой и уже в одиннадцать лет стала мастером спорта.
Её дед Виктор (Витя) Проклов был вторым режиссёром фильма «Звонят, откройте дверь» (1965, режиссёр А. Н. Митта), и в его обязанности входил подбор актёров. Нужна была юная актриса на главную роль. Друг семьи, тоже кинематографист, предложил деду показать свою внучку, но дед категорически отказался. Тогда друг сам привёл девочку к режиссёру. Картина стала дебютом Елены в кино. Затем последовали главные роли в известных советских фильмах «Снежная королева» (1966), «Переходный возраст» (1968), «Гори, гори, моя звезда» (1969).
