Бай Лин (кит. трад. 白靈, упр. 白灵, пиньинь: Bái Líng, род. 10 октября 1966) — американская актриса китайского происхождения.
Родилась 10 октября 1966 года в Чэнду, Китай. В 14 лет она пела в школьном хоре.
Завербовалась в китайскую Народно-Освободительную Армию, где провела три года в отряде, развлекающем солдат, размещённых в Тибете.
После этого Лин стала исполнительницей в местном театре в Пекине, где была вовлечена в акции протеста продемократической партии в 1989 году. В результате в 1991 году ей пришлось эмигрировать в Нью-Йорк, США, и скоро она нашла работу в Голливуде.
Её первой англоязычной ролью был отрицательный персонаж в фильме «Ворон» (1994).
Для фильма «Анна и Король» (1999) Бай Лин была вынуждена состричь наголо свои длинные волосы. А появление в спорном «Красном Углу» (1997) в роли прагматически настроенного китайского народного адвоката ставит под сомнение возможность её возвращения на родину.
