Алекса́ндр Ефи́мович Родня́нский (род. 2 июля 1961, Киев, УССР, СССР) — украинский и российский режиссёр, продюсер и медиа-менеджер, основатель телеканала «1+1». Трёхкратный лауреат премии Российской академии кинематографических искусств «Ника»; лауреат 15 премий Академии российского телевидения «ТЭФИ»; четырёхкратный лауреат премии российской академии кинематографических искусств «Золотой орёл». Заслуженный деятель искусств Украины (1998). Член Европейской киноакадемии, Член Азиатско-Тихоокеанской киноакадемии. С июня 2016 года — член Американской академии кинематографических искусств и наук.
Родился в семье кинематографистов: его дед, сценарист Зиновий Борисович Роднянский, был главным редактором Киностудии документальных фильмов (двоюродная сестра Зиновия Роднянского — известный кинорежиссёр Эсфирь Шуб); отец, Ефим Наумович Фридман (1937—1977), был главным инженером, мать — Лариса Зиновьевна Роднянская (1938—2004) — директором киностудии «Контакт» Союза кинематографистов Украины. Тётя Александра Роднянского — Ирина Роднянская, российский литературный критик и литературовед.
