Алекс Лоутер (англ. Alex Lawther, род. 4 мая 1995 года в Питерсфилде, Гэмпшир, Великобритания) — британский актёр театра, кино и телевидения. Дебютировал на профессиональной театральной сцене в 2011 году в спектакле по пьесе Дэвида Хэра «Саут-Даунс». Наибольшую известность получил благодаря ролям в фильме «Игра в имитацию», эпизоде «Заткнись и танцуй» антологии «Чёрное зеркало» и сериале «Конец ***го мира».
Лоутер родился в городе Питерсфилд — Англия, в графстве Гэмпшир, является самым младшим, третьим по счёту, ребёнком в семье адвокатов. Говорит, что желание стать актёром пришло вместе с необходимостью развлекать себя играми в детстве. Его старший брат — Кэмерон Лоутер, продюсирует фильмы, а старшая сестра — Элли Лоутер, работает в сфере государственной службы. В 2010 году братья вместе трудились над короткометражкой «The Fear».
В 2009 году Алекс, являясь участником драматического кружка в своей школе Чарчер, написал и организовал постановку пьесы, также сыграл мистера Рэтти в постановке повести «Ветер в ивах». Алекс не учился актёрскому мастерству в средней школе и не получал высшего образования, связанного с актерской деятельностью, вплоть до первого профессионального выступления на сцене, планировал заниматься историей в Королевском колледже Лондона. Проходил подготовку в Национальном театре молодёжи.
