Thomas Edward "Thom" Yorke (Wellingborough, 7 de outubro de 1968) é o vocalista, guitarrista, violonista, pianista, dançarino, produtor e compositor da banda britânica de rock alternativo Radiohead. Geralmente, toca guitarra e piano. Viveu até 2015 em Oxford com sua ex-companheira de longa data, a artista plástica, com um doutoramento em História da Arte, Rachel Owen, que faleceu em dezembro de 2016 em decorrência de um câncer. O casal teve dois filhos: Noah e Agnes.
Nascido com o olho esquerdo paralisado, Thom Yorke submeteu-se a um total de cinco operações de correção nos seus primeiros cinco anos, a última cirurgia foi mal-sucedida e quase tirou toda a visão de seu olho esquerdo e devido a isto resultou em seu característico "olho-caído". Seus colegas de classe costumavam insultá-lo com o apelido "Salamandra".
Thom Yorke ganhou sua primeira guitarra aos sete anos de idade, ao ver a performance do guitarrista do Queen, Brian May na televisão. A primeira canção que ele escreveu chamava-se Mushroom Cloud sobre a formação de uma nuvem seguindo uma explosão nuclear. Nel 1985 vedendo o concerto Siouxsie Sioux de Siouxsie and the Banshees a Oxford, onde está o ispirato a diventare esecutrice. Ele formou a primeira banda aos onze anos de idade, quando frequentava a escola privada para rapazes Abingdon School, onde conheceu seus futuros companheiros de banda, Ed O'Brien, Colin Greenwood, o baterista Phil Selway e o irmão mais novo de Colin, Jonny Greenwood.
