Kwon Ji-um (Hangul: 권지안; nascido em 30 de setembro de 1984), mais conhecida pelo seu nome artístico Solbi (Hangul: 솔비), é um Sul-coreano cantor, pintor e personalidade da televisão. Ela fez sua estréia cantando em 2006, como membro do K-pop do grupo de Tufão, e se espalhou a fama em 2008, como um membro do elenco do show de variedades que nos casamos. Ela realizou sua primeira exposição individual, como um pintor em 2012.
Ela fez sua estréia como o principal vocalista do representante de K-pop híbrido grupo de Tufão, em 2006, e também lançou seu álbum solo 'Fazer' em 2008. No mesmo ano, ela também recebeu atenção em peças teatrais e musicais. Desde então, ela vem lançando música e álbuns de música a cada ano.
