Sean John Combs (Nova Iorque, 4 de Novembro de 1969), mais conhecido como Diddy, é um produtor musical americano. Diddy é ator e proprietário de empreendimentos, dentro os quais a editora discográfica Bad Boy Records, as linhas de roupa Sean John e Sean por Sean Combs, uma produtora de filmes e uma cadeia de restaurantes. Já foi executivo, produtor, escritor, organizador, desenhista de roupa, actor, cantor e rapper. Em Agosto de 2006, a sua alcunha e nome artístico era Diddy (adotado em Agosto de 2005). Anteriormente, era conhecido como Puff Daddy, P. Diddye Puffy (este último acabou por levantar questões legais com a banda japonesa Puffy AmiYumi) Como fundador e CEO da Bad Boy Records (uma das impulsionadoras em tornar o hip hop cada vez mais conhecido, o que fez com que Sean Combs fosse uma das pessoas mais ricas da indústria do entretenimento), Sean Combs primeiro ganhou fama como executivo da editora discográfica Uptown Records e mais tarde como executivo da sua própria editora discográfica, gravando canções de artistas como Father MC, Jodeci, Mary J. Blige, Craig Mack, Notorious B.I.G., Faith Evans, 112, Ma$e, Boyz N Da Hood, Total e Carl Thomas. A editora discográfica ascendeu e tornou-se mais conhecida em 1994 com o lançamento do CD Ready to Die de Notorious B.I.G., e continuaria o seu sucesso até ao fim da década de 90, embora a morte de Notorious B.I.G. e a saída de alguns artistas da editora discográfica causaram o seu decréscimo de popularidade até aos dias de hoje. Em 2014, sua fortuna foi estimada em US$ 700 milhões, sendo considerado como a pessoa mais rica do hip hop.
