Rachel Livia Elizondo McLish (nascido em 21 de junho de 1955) é uma Americana de fisiculturismo feminino campeão, atriz e autora.
McLish nasceu como Raquel Livia Elizondo, em 1955, em Harlingen, Texas, a segunda filha nasceu. Seu pai, Rafael era de ascendência Mexicana e sua mãe é chamada Raquel Elizondo. Ela participou do Harlingen High School, onde ela era uma líder de torcida e por duas vezes nomeado Cardeal de Futebol Querida. Ela se formou no ensino médio, em 1973. Em 1978, formou-se pela Universidade do Texas-Pan-Americanos, com uma licenciatura em fisiologia e nutrição e saúde.
