Oleg Nikolayevich Yefremov (em russo: Олег Николаевич Ефремов, de 1 de outubro de 1927, Moscou, União Soviética – 24 de Maio de 2000, Moscou, Rússia) foi um Soviética/russa ator e Moscow Art Theatre produtor. Ele era um Artista do Povo da URSS (1976) e um Herói do Trabalho Socialista (1987).
Em 1949, formou-se em Moscow Art Theatre School e tornou-se um ator e, mais tarde, um produtor da Central Filhos de Teatro, começou a ensinar na Escola-Estúdio por si mesmo.
Oleg Yefremov estreou como ator de cinema no melodrama Primeiro Grau, em 1955.
