Nadia Elena Comăneci (Onești, 12 de novembro de 1961) é uma ex-ginasta romena, que disputou a modalidade artística e é ainda hoje tida como um ídolo mundial esportivo.
Uma das primeiras alunas do treinador Béla Károlyi, enquanto atleta, conquistou nove medalhas olímpicas, cinco delas de ouro, foi a primeira ginasta a receber uma nota dez - desempenho perfeito - em um evento olímpico de ginástica artística, arquiva quatro medalhas mundiais e doze medalhas europeias. Ao lado da russa Svetlana Khorkina, Nadia é detentora do tricampeonato do individual geral continental, além de bicampeã olímpica na trave de equilíbrio. Em campeonatos nacionais, é ainda pentacampeã do concurso geral.
Desde que deixou a vida de atleta profissional, Comăneci continuou envolvida com o desporto: hoje é membro de algumas associações e federações, bem como fundadora de uma instituição filantrópica e colaboradora em diversas outras tanto na Romênia quanto nos Estados Unidos, além de também colaborar para a revista International Gymnast - a publicação mais veiculada da ginástica - ao lado do marido, também ex-ginasta, Bart Conner. Por suas notas e conquistas, é considerada uma das maiores ginastas da modalidade de todos os tempos. Fugida do regime comunista da Romênia, radicou-se nos Estados Unidos e tornou-se cidadã norte-americana. Lá, teve seu primeiro e único filho, Dylan, e abriu um ginásio e uma empresa de equipamentos gímnicos, que produz uma linha de vestuários.
