Jeff Scott Soto (Brooklyn, New York, 4 de Novembro de 1965) é um cantor estadunidense.
No início dos anos 80, Jeff Scott Soto foi apresentado ao mundo da música pelo consagrado guitarrista sueco Yngwie Malmsteen que procurava alguém para os vocais em sua recém-formada banda, Rising Force. Sua bela voz e seus agudos potentes marcaram época nos álbuns “Yngwie J. Malmsteen’s Rising Force” (1984) e “Marching Out” (1985) considerado o melhor álbum da carreira do guitarrista e Jeff o melhor vocalista que já passou por sua banda. O "Rising Force" entrou nas paradas da Billboad no #60 lugar (uma ótima marca para um disco quase todo instrumental), além de ter ganhado uma indicação para o Grammy e várias votações em revistas especializadas.
Ele também cantou no Talisman, banda em que ele tem a total liberdade de colocar as suas principais influências já que foi o fundador da mesma, além de ter participado de álbuns do Axel Rudi Pell, Stryper e Lita Ford entre outros. Jeff Scott Soto também tem uma carreira solo. “Prism”, lançado em 2003, é o segundo álbum solo do vocalista e traz elementos AOR, hard rock, pop e até R&B, com muitos teclados e refrões fáceis. O vocalista já gravou também alguns discos de Disco com o projeto estadunidense Boogie Knights. Soto participou ainda de outras bandas como Takara, Saygon Kick, Eyes, Human Clay entre outras, e também gravou a trilha sonora do famoso filme Rock Star com a banda fictícia Steel Dragon, que conta com Jeff Pilson (Dio) no baixo, Zakk Wylde (Ozzy Osbourne, Black Label Society) nas guitarras e Jason Bonham, filho do lendário baterista do Led Zeppelin, John Bonham, na bateria.
