Isild Le Besco (Paris, 22 de novembro de 1982) é uma actriz, argumentista e realizadora francesa.
É a terceira das cinco filhas da actriz e jornalista Catherine Belkhodja.
A sua irmã, Maïwenn Le Besco, atriz e realizadora, é a ex-mulher de Luc Besson, com quem teve uma filha. O seu irmão, Jowan Le Besco, documentarista e parceiro de Catherine Deneuve em Princesa Maria, foi o chefe operador dos dois filmes que Isild escreveu e realizou: “Meia Tarifa” e Charly. Sua irmã, Léonor Graser também é atriz, tal como o irmão Kolia Litscher.
Antiga aluna da “École des Enfants du Spectacle”, Isild estudou Dança em tempo parcial, antes de integrar a escola Estienne. Foi escolhida por "Emmanuelle Bercot" para seu primeiro curta-metragem “ As férias”, selecionada nos festivais de Angers e Cannes. Seguidamente Emmanuelle propõe-lhe interpretar o delicado papel de uma adolescente no seu filme de escola: “ A Pulga”. O sucesso é tal que o filme obtém petição especial para ser explorado em sala. Isild interpreta em seguida o papel de “Elodie” num télefilme que explora o problema de três jovens menores desorientadas por uma gravidez precoce. Isild é nomeada no “sept d’or” «melhor esperança feminina» e o filme é adquirido por “Education Nationale”(Educação Nacional), a fim de ser exibido nos colégios e liceus, para provocar o debate sobre a sexualidade juvenil. Cercada por propostas que se multiplicam, Isild decide interromper o percurso escolar para se dedicar unicamente ao cinema e à pintura. Num primeiro tempo, tenta prosseguir o curso por correspondência, mas acaba por o interromper para se concentrar na escrita do seu argumento “Demi tarif” (Meia tarifa), para o qual obtém, aos 16 anos, o prêmio de Melhor Argumento “Júnior.” Realiza-o mais tarde com o apoio e a participação dos irmãos e irmã. O filme, produzido por “KAREDAS”, recebe diversos prêmios e é alvo de numerosas seleções em festivais na França e no Estrangeiro. A partir deste êxito, Isild alterna as suas representações no cinema com a atividade de argumentadora e realizadora. No seguimento destas atividades, funda a sua própria produtora “Sangsho”
