Tom Felton, właściwie Thomas Andrew Felton (ur. 22 września 1987 w Epsom) – brytyjski aktor i muzyk, zasłynął głównie z roli Draco Malfoya w serii filmów o Harrym Potterze. Obecnie mieszka w Surrey w Anglii.
Urodził się jako najmłodszy syn Sharon i Petera Feltonów. Ma trójkę starszych braci: Jonathana, Ashleya i Chrisa.
W wieku dziesięciu lat zaczął występować w reklamach. Jako aktor filmowy debiutował w 1997, kiedy to zagrał Groszka w filmie Pożyczalscy Petera Hewitta. Jego kolejną rolą była postać filmowego syna Jodie Foster, Louisa, w filmie Anna i król.
Jako Draco Malfoy w latach 2001-2011 pojawił się we wszystkich ekranizacjach książek o Harrym Potterze. Za role w Księciu Półkrwi i w Insygniach Śmierci (cz. 1) dwukrotnie otrzymał nagrodę MTV Movie Awards dla najlepszego czarnego charakteru.
Pojawił się także w dwóch angielskich serialach telewizyjnych: Bugs, jako James, oraz Second Sight, w którym zagrał główną rolę Thomasa Inghama u boku Clive’a Owena. Wystąpił również w dwóch słuchowiskach radiowych w BBC Radio 4. W słuchowisku The Wizard of Earthsea wcielił się w rolę Ioetha, a w słuchowisku Here's to Everyone – w rolę Herkulesa. Od 2017 roku gra postać Juliana Alberta w serialu The Flash.
