Biografia (wiki)
Thomas Tuchel (ur. 29 sierpnia 1973 w Krumbach) – niemiecki piłkarz, który występował na pozycji obrońcy, trener piłkarski.
Tuchel jako junior grał w zespołach TSV Krumbach oraz FC Augsburg. W 1992 trafił do Stuttgarter Kickers z 2. Bundesligi. Zadebiutował w niej 22 lipca 1992 w przegranym 0:2 pojedynku z Chemnitzer FC. Przez dwa lata w barwach Kickers rozegrał osiem spotkań. W 1994 odszedł do SSV Ulm 1846 z Regionalligi Süd. W 1998 zakończył tam karierę.
Tuchel jest byłym reprezentantem Niemiec U-18.
Karierę jako trener rozpoczął w drużynie U-15 zespołu VfB Stuttgart. Następnie trenował juniorów FC Augsburg, a także 1. FSV Mainz 05. W 2009 został szkoleniowcem pierwszej drużyny Mainz, grającej w Bundeslidze. Jako trener w lidze tej zadebiutował 8 sierpnia 2009 w zremisowanym 2:2 pojedynku z Bayerem 04 Leverkusen.
19 kwietnia 2015 ogłoszono, iż 1 lipca 2015 obejmie funkcję trenera Borussii Dortmund, zastępując na tym stanowisku Jürgena Kloppa. 30 maja 2017 klub poinformował o zwolnieniu Tuchela z funkcji trenera Borussii Dortmund. Przyczyną był konflikt między trenerem a władzami klubu. 14 maja 2018, oficjalnie ogłoszono, iż Thomas Tuchel jest nowym trenerem francuskiego Paris Saint Germain.
