Piotr Andriejewicz Nalicz, rus. Пётр Андреевич Налич (ur. 30 kwietnia 1981 w Moskwie) – rosyjski wokalista i kompozytor muzyki pop, założyciel i lider zespołu Muzykalny kollektiv Petra Nalitcha, reprezentant Rosji podczas 55. Konkursu Piosenki Eurowizji w 2010 roku.
Nalicz urodził się w Moskwie, jego dziadek – Zahid Nalić – bośniackim śpiewakiem operowym. Piotr Nalicz ukończył studia na Uniwersytecie Architektury w Moskwie (МАРХИ), studiował także muzykę w Orfei Studio pod dyrekcją Iriny Muchiny. Przez dwa lata pracował jako architekt.
Nalicz zyskał popularność w 2007 roku po opublikowaniu na swoim kanale na YouTube satyrycznego teledysku do utworu „Guitar”, w którym śmieje się ze swojego łamanego angielskiego oraz amatorskich efektów filmowych. W tym samym roku wokalista zagrał swój pierwszy koncert, który odbył się 9 listopada w moskiewskim klubie Apszu.
Po sukcesie pierwszego koncertu Nalicz zebrał zespół muzyków (Jura Kostenko, Sergej Sokołow, Kostja Szweczow, Dima Simonow, Denis Marinkin), z którym zagrał kolejne dwa koncerty w 2008 roku w klubie Ikra pod nazwą Muzykalny kollektiv Petra Nalitcha (MKPN) oraz alternatywną – Peter Nalitch and Friends. W tym samym roku grupa wydała swój debiutancki album Radost prostych melody (ang. The Joy of Simple Melodies), a w ciągu kolejnych dwóch lat zagrała trasę koncertową po Rosji oraz wydała koncertowe DVD pt. MKPN v B1 Maximum i EP-kę More. Rok później zespół pojawił się jako jedna z gwiazd festiwalu Sfinks organizowanego w belgijskiej Antwerpii.
