Miranda Otto (ur. 16 grudnia 1967 w Brisbane) – australijska aktorka.
Córka aktorskiej pary Barry’ego i Lindsay Otto, siostra Gracie Otto. Rozpoczęła karierę aktorską w 1986 roku, w wieku osiemnastu lat. Występowała w różnych filmach, zarówno niezależnych, jak i z wielkich wytwórni filmowych. Jej pierwszym ważnym filmem była Emma’s War, gdzie zagrała nastolatkę, która przenosi się w australijski busz w trakcie II wojny światowej.
