Betty Heidler (ur. 14 października 1983 w Berlinie Wschodnim) – niemiecka lekkoatletka specjalizująca się w rzucie młotem.
Trzy razy startowała na igrzyskach olimpijskich – w 2004 w Atenach była czwarta, w 2008 w Pekinie zajęła dziewiąte miejsce, a w Londynie zdobyła brązowy medal. Trzykrotna medalistka mistrzostw świata oraz mistrzyni Europy. Wielokrotnie stawała na podium mistrzostw Niemiec. Reprezentantka w pucharze Europy, drużynowym czempionacie Starego Kontynentu, pucharze w rzutach lekkoatletycznych i meczach międzypaństwowych.
Na początku kariery odpadła w eliminacjach dwóch kolejnych edycji mistrzostw świata juniorów (w 2000 i 2002) oraz zajęła szóste miejsce w mistrzostwach Europy juniorów (2001). W 2003 zajęła czwarte miejsce w młodzieżowych mistrzostwach Europy i dziewiąte miejsce w mistrzostwach świata, a rok później uplasowała się na czwartym miejscu podczas igrzysk olimpijskich. Zdobyła srebrny medal czempionatu Europy młodzieżowców w 2005 – kilkanaście dni później nie udało jej się zakwalifikować do finału mistrzostw świata. Była piąta na mistrzostwach Europy w 2006, a na koniec sezonu wygrała światowy finał lekkoatletyczny IAAF. Mistrzyni świata z Osaki (2007) gdzie pokonała Kubankę Yipsi Moreno zaledwie o 2 centymetry. Na igrzyskach olimpijskich w Pekinie (2008) uplasowała się na dziewiątym miejscu. W kolejnym sezonie zwyciężyła w uniwersjadzie oraz została wicemistrzynią globu. Latem 2010 została mistrzynią Starego Kontynentu – dzięki temu sukcesowi znalazła się w składzie Europy na puchar interkontynentalny podczas którego uplasowała się na czwartym miejscu. Zwyciężczyni IAAF Hammer Throw Challenge w sezonie 2010.
