Tony Ramos, nome artistico di Antonio de Carvalho Barbosa (Arapongas, 25 agosto 1948), è un attore e conduttore televisivo brasiliano.
Ha lavorato al cinema, a teatro, ma soprattutto in tv.
Nato nel Paranà, Tony Ramos si è trasferito a San Paolo durante l'adolescenza. Nella metropoli brasiliana si è poi iscritto al corso di laurea in Filosofia (mai completato) e a una scuola di teatro: ma già a 16 anni aveva ottenuto un ruolo in un musical. Il 1964 è stato l'anno del suo debutto sul piccolo schermo, a Tv Tupi, in un programma ideato per il lancio di volti nuovi. Tony Ramos lavorerà dodici anni per quest'emittente, interpretando soprattutto telenovelas; dapprima ruoli di contorno, poi dal 1970 anche da protagonista.
Nel 1977 Tony Ramos è passato alla Rede Globo di Rio, e qui la sua popolarità si è consolidata. Ha interpretato il ruolo del giovane e ricco Marcio nella telenovela O Astro - trasmessa in Italia col titolo Magia - mostrandosi integralmente nudo in una scena, primo attore a osare tanto nella storia della tv brasiliana (peraltro in un contesto non erotico, col personaggio che si spoglia davanti al padre dicendogli di voler rinunciare ai propri averi e a una brillante carriera per seguire l'ideale di San Francesco d'Assisi). Tony Ramos ha lavorato in molte telenovelas di Rede Globo, svolgendo quasi sempre la parte principale: i suoi personaggi sono comunque in genere figure "positive". Tra le altre serie brasiliane con Tony Ramos che sono arrivate in Italia, lo si ricorda come protagonista in Samba d'amore (titolo originale, Chega Mais) al fianco di Sônia Braga, e in Destini, dove ha interpretato i due gemelli attorno ai quali si snoda la storia.
