Tiago Splitter Beims (Blumenau, 1º gennaio 1985) è un ex cestista brasiliano con cittadinanza spagnola, di ruolo centro.
Splitter è nato in Brasile da genitori di origini tedesche ed ebraiche. Nel 2009 sua sorella Michelle (anch'essa giocatrice di basket) è morta di leucemia a soli 19 anni.
Dal 2010 al 2016 è stato sposato con Amaia Amescua, e nel 2017 si è risposato con Fernanda Theberga.
Cresciuto cestisticamente nel suo Paese Natale, nell'Araba Gorago, Splitter arriva in Spagna, al Tau Vitoria, nella stagione 2000-01. Viene ceduto in prestito, per alcuni anni, a squadre di categorie inferiori, al CB Bilbao Berri. Entra a pieno titolo nella squadra basca nella stagione 2003-04 e con essa vince due Coppe del Re.
Nel Draft NBA 2007 è stato scelto al primo turno dai San Antonio Spurs con la ventottesima scelta, ma rimase nella squadra di Vitoria-Gasteiz per onorare l'ultimo anno di contratto. Tuttavia rimase sotto contratto con i baschi per altri 2 anni.
