Stefania Pezzopane (L'Aquila, 4 gennaio 1960) è una politica italiana, presidente della provincia dell'Aquila dal 2004 al 2010 e membro del Parlamento della Repubblica Italiana dal 2013.
Di famiglia originaria di Onna, è nata all'Aquila risiedendo in via Castello e frequentando il liceo ginnasio Domenico Cotugno; dopo il conseguimento della maturità classica è entrata in politica nella Federazione Giovanile Comunista Italiana, della cui sezione romana è stata segretaria dal 1985 al 1989.
È divorziata ed ha una figlia. Dal 2014 è fidanzata con Simone Coccia Colaiuta, divenuto in seguito concorrente della 15ª edizione del Grande Fratello.
Dal 1990 al 1995 è stata consigliera comunale all'Aquila, presiedendo lo stesso Consiglio a partire dal 1994. Nello stesso periodo è stata, inoltre, componente dell'Associazione Nazionale Comuni Italiani.
Nel 1995 si è presentata alle elezioni regionali abruzzesi con la lista del Partito Democratico della Sinistra, risultando la prima degli eletti in provincia dell'Aquila e venendo nominata assessore all'urbanistica, ai beni ambientali, ai parchi naturali e alla cultura. Rieletta alle elezioni regionali del 2000, è stata vicepresidente del Consiglio regionale dell'Abruzzo.
