Santiago Ziesmer (nato il 25 luglio 1953) è un spagnolo-tedesco nato attore e doppiatore.
Santiago Ziesmer addestrati in teatro dal 1972 al 1975, nel teatro studio "Hanny Herter" a Berlino. Dal 1973, ha regolarmente recitato in teatro. Ha avuto un ruolo ricorrente nella serie Televisiva RTL Hinter Gittern – Der Frauenknast.
Con una salienti voce e versatile, Ziesmer è meglio conosciuto per il doppiaggio oltre Jaleel White come Steve Urkel in Questioni di Famiglia, Ren Höek nel Ren & Stimpy'Mostra (a fianco di Oliver Feld Stimpy'), e SpongeBob SquarePants: la serie TV con lo stesso nome. Egli è anche l'ufficiale tedesco dub voce di Steve Buscemi, il dubover voce di Ted Schmidt in Queer as Folk, e il dubover voce di Chris Rock carattere Pookie nel film New Jack City.
