Roberto Clemente Walker (Carolina, 18 agosto 1934 – San Juan, 31 dicembre 1972) è stato un giocatore di baseball portoricano.
Morì in un incidente aereo mentre si recava come volontario ad aiutare le vittime del terremoto di Managua, capitale del Nicaragua, il 31 dicembre 1972 e il suo corpo non fu mai ritrovato.
Fece 18 stagioni nella Major League Baseball (MLB), tutte con i Pittsburgh Pirates, dal 1955 al 1972, giocando principalmente nel ruolo di esterno destro.
Vinse 2 World Series nel 1960 e nel 1971; fu nominato MVP della National League nel 1966 e World Series MVP nel 1971. Vinse 12 guanti d'oro della National League come esterno dal 1961 al 1972. Fu quattro volte campione di battuta della National League nel 1961, 1964, 1965 e 1967; prese parte a undici All-Star Game e in carriera arrivò a battere 3000 valide.
Nel 1973 fu inserito nella Baseball Hall of Fame e i Pittsburgh Pirates hanno ritirato il suo numero, il 21. Nel 1999, The Sporting News lo inserì al 20º posto nella classifica dei migliori cento giocatori di tutti i tempi.
