Reginald Wayne "Reggie" Miller (Riverside, 24 agosto 1965) è un ex cestista statunitense che ha militato nella NBA esclusivamente negli Indiana Pacers. Ha vinto la medaglia d'oro olimpica ad Atlanta 1996.
Soprannominato Killer Miller per l'eccezionale abilità nel tiro da tre punti, è ritenuto uno dei più grandi tiratori della storia dell'NBA.
È membro del Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame dal 2012.
Nel 1995 ha scritto un libro assieme a Gene Wojciechowski dal titolo I Love Being the Enemy: è un diario dell'annata degli Indiana Pacers nella stagione 1994-95.
Le sue qualità balistiche lo pongono nell'élite dei migliori tiratori di sempre; prima di essere superato da Ray Allen, è stato il giocatore col maggior numero di triple tentate e realizzate in NBA, sia in regular season che nei playoff.
Dopo aver frequentato uno degli atenei più prestigiosi di tutti gli USA, UCLA, viene selezionato come 11ª scelta assoluta nei draft del 1987. La sua scelta è accompagnata da notevoli polemiche: Miller è un ragazzo dal fisico leggerissimo (appena nato i medici avrebbero voluto addirittura fratturargli le ossa delle gambe per poterle ricostruire) e nell'Indiana girano voci che Miller è stato scelto soltanto perché è il fratello di Cheryl Miller, una delle giocatrici di basket più forti di sempre.
