Post Malone, pseudonimo di Austin Richard Post (Syracuse, 4 luglio 1995), è un cantautore, rapper e produttore discografico statunitense. È divenuto popolare grazie al suo singolo di debutto White Iverson, pubblicato nel febbraio del 2015. Sempre nel 2015 firma un contratto discografico con la Republic Records, apprestandosi a pubblicare Congratulations (featuring Quavo) e Rockstar (featuring 21 Savage), i quali hanno raggiunto, rispettivamente, l'ottava e la prima posizione della US Billboard Hot 100.
Sebbene sia considerato un rapper, Austin ha affermato in varie interviste di non essere d'accordo, poiché non gli piace avere limiti quando crea la sua musica, infatti nei suoi progetti si varia da canzoni puramente cloud rap come White Iverson a canzoni acustiche come Go Flex. Durante un'intervista ha affermato: "io non sono un rapper, sono un artista".
Ha pubblicato il suo album di debutto, Stoney, nel 2016. Il suo secondo album, intitolato Beerbongs & Bentleys, è stato pubblicato il 27 aprile 2018 ed eletto disco di platino a poco più di 14 ore dall’uscita.
