Biografia (wiki)
Passenger, pseudonimo di Michael David Rosenberg (Brighton and Hove, 17 maggio 1984), è un cantautore inglese.
Nel 2003 fondò con Andrew Phillips l'omonimo gruppo Passenger, che pubblicò un solo album, Wicked Man's Rest, nel 2007 prima di sciogliersi nel 2009. Da allora ha mantenuto il nome del gruppo pubblicando da solista.
Nel 2012 ha collaborato con Ed Sheeran, svolgendo il ruolo di opening act durante il tour statunitense del cantante inglese.
Nel 2013, il suo singolo Let Her Go ha raggiunto la cima delle classifiche in diversi Paesi europei ed è diventato disco di platino in Australia (5 volte), Belgio, Regno Unito, Nuova Zelanda (2 volte), Svizzera e Svezia (2 volte).
Nel giugno del 2014 ha pubblicato il suo quinto album da solista, Whispers. Nello stesso anno ha intrapreso il tour di promozione dell'album Whispers Tour.
Nel maggio 2018 pubblica il singolo Hell or High Water che anticipa il decimo album in studio. Nel luglio 2018 viene rilasciato il singolo Heart to love, altra anticipazione del prossimo album. Il 31 agosto 2018 esce l'album Runaway.
