Nina Ruge (nato il 24 agosto 1956 a Monaco di baviera, Germania) è un giornalista tedesco, presentatore televisivo e autore.
Ruge è la figlia di un professore di ingegneria e visitato l'Ina-Seidel-Schule di Braunschweig. Sua sorella Annette è una medicina aeronautica (ima) medico presso l'Agenzia Europea della Sicurezza aerea in Colonia. Dopo aver terminato il liceo, a 17 anni, ha studiato biologia e lingua e letteratura tedesca presso l'università di Braunschweig per diventare insegnante. Ha superato il suo esame finale con distinzione.
Mentre lei stava insegnando in una Palestra a Wolfsburg, dal 1983 al 1987, ha iniziato a lavorare come freelance per rapporto di mancato recapito radio. Nel 1987 si è trasferita a Berlino per lavorare come script ragazza, assistente del direttore di un numero di produzioni televisive e cinematografiche e segretaria di redazione con l'SFB il programma per la famiglia.
