Marsha Wedgeworth Blackburn (Laurel, 6 giugno 1952) è una politica statunitense, attuale senatore per lo stato del Tennessee, un ex membro della Camera dei Rappresentanti per lo stato del Tennessee. La Blackburn è la quarta donna proveniente dal Tennessee ad essere eletta alla Camera, ma la prima a non sostituire il marito.
Nel 2004 la rivista Washingtonian l'ha definita una dei tre membri giovani migliori del Congresso.
In un sondaggio on-line del 2006 è stata eletta "la donna più sexy della politica USA".
La Blackburn è una Repubblicana del Tea Party. È descritta come convintamente conservatrice,
La Blackburn si oppone all'aborto. Nel 2013, è stata scelta per gestire il dibattito su un disegno di legge promosso dai repubblicani della Camera che avrebbe proibito gli aborti dopo 22 settimane di gestazione, con limitate eccezioni per stupro o incesto.
Nel Marzo 2016, La Blackburn ha presieduto un comitato a guida Repubblicana convocato per "esplorare le implicazioni etiche dell'uso del tessuto fetale nella ricerca biomedica". I Democratici del comitato hanno definito l'indagine una caccia alle streghe motivata politicamente e si sono opposti a citazioni in giudizio che chiedono "nomi di ricercatori, tecnici e personale medico coinvolti nella manipolazione del tessuto fetale.
