Luca Zingaretti (Roma, 11 novembre 1961) è un attore italiano.
Ha raggiunto la notorietà nel 1999 grazie alla serie televisiva Il commissario Montalbano, in cui interpreta il personaggio di Salvo Montalbano.
È fratello maggiore del politico Nicola Zingaretti, già presidente della provincia di Roma e presidente della Regione Lazio. Da giovane lo stesso Luca è impegnato in politica, militando nelle file del Partito di Unità Proletaria per il Comunismo.
All'età di diciassette anni entra nelle file del Rimini, ma abbandona la carriera calcistica dopo pochi mesi per entrare all'Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica.
Nel 2004 si è separato dalla prima moglie, la giornalista e scrittrice Margherita D'Amico, nipote di Suso Cecchi D'Amico; ha poi divorziato nel 2008. È sentimentalmente legato dal 2005 all'attrice Luisa Ranieri, conosciuta sul set della miniserie televisiva Cefalonia, e da cui ha avuto due figlie, rispettivamente nel 2011 e nel 2015; la coppia si era nel frattempo sposata il 23 giugno 2012, con rito civile, nel castello di Donnafugata, nel ragusano.
