Keir David Peters Gilchrist (Londra, 28 settembre 1992) è un attore canadese. È conosciuto soprattutto per il ruolo principale di Marshall Gregson nella serie televisiva United States of Tara, e per la parte da protagonista nel film del 2010 5 giorni fuori.
Keir Gilchrist è nato a Londra, dove ha trascorso i primi anni della sua vita. Il suo nonno materno è il banchiere, economista e politico canadese Douglas Peters, e suo zio è l'economista David Wilfrid Peters. Gilchrist e la sua famiglia si sono trasferiti a Boston, nel Massachusetts, durante la sua infanzia, e successivamente a New York, prima di stabilirsi definitivamente a Toronto.
Gilchrist ha scoperto la propria passione per la recitazione in giovane età, e fu il suo maestro di recitazione a convincerlo a diventare un attore professionista. Frequentò l'Annex Children's Theatre. Gilchrist ha interpretato Josh McKellar nella serie televisiva di breve durata The Winner, e Jamie, il ragazzo che ha una cotta per Lizzie, nella serie La mia vita con Derek. Dal 2009 interpreta il ruolo di Marshall Gregson nella serie United States of Tara di Showtime, e nel 2010 ha ricoperto il ruolo del protagonista nella commedia drammatica 5 giorni fuori, basata su un romanzo di Ned Vizzini. Dal 2017 recita nella serie Netflix "Atypical", in cui ricopre la parte del protagonista, Sam, un ragazzo affetto da autismo.
